Commissions take around 1 month to complete. Commissions with quick deadlines will be charged extra.

Commissions are currently First Come First Serve! Clients may check the Commission Progress spreadsheet to see the queue.

All commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Please discuss with me privately through email at [email protected] or Discord (yuutenshine) for commercial use commissions.

Payment will be through BCA (local) and Sociabuzz (local & international).

Commission price might increase based on the level of complexity. I will let you know beforehand.

Number of revisions include 2 sketch revisions, 2 base color revisions, and 2 minor final render revisions. Additional revisions will be charged. It is advised to list all revisions notes to maximize effectiveness.

Completed commissions will be given through a Google Drive Link Folder and will be available for download for 2 weeks after it is sent to the client. After 2 weeks, the file will be deleted from the GDrive. If you'd like to download the file again after the 2 weeks, you will be charged an extra fee.

I have the right to decline your commission if it is not within my skill level or includes/involves something I am not comfortable with.

Clients must pay 50% payment after the sketch is approved. The rest of the 50% can be paid after the final illustration is completed.

Payment must be completed within a week. Failure to meet the deadline will result in the commission being discarded. If you'd like to recover it, you will be charged an extra fee.

You are required to send transfer receipt, otherwise I will consider that you have not paid.

Refunds are not accepted in any stage unless there is a valid excuse. Please communicate with me privately so we can work towards a compromise.

I have the rights to use the commission for my portfolio and post it on social media.

All commissions will be watermarked. Please contact me if you’d like the watermark’s position to be readjusted.

Do not modify/alter my commission work. Edits for AMV, banner, PFP, etc. are still allowed.

Reposting my commission is allowed as long as you credit and tag me in Twitter/Instagram @yuutenshine.

Do not use my commission work for blockchain-related activities (NFT, Crypto, Bitcoin, etc.), AI-training, propaganda, hate-speech, re-selling, etc.

Failure to adhere to these terms will result in consequences, three warnings at max or worse, blacklisted.
